It is a regulatory requirement that First Fidelity Bank provide consumer access to the bank's unique mortgage originator ID Number and the unique identifier number of the mortgage loan originator (individual that originates a mortgage loan for the bank secured by a dwelling) before committing to a mortgage loan transaction.
